ELC Youth Group helps guide our young people through milestones in their spiritual journey by participating in worship, service, music, and fun activities.
Sunday School meets Sundays at 9:45am during the school year (September thru May), for preschool through 5th grade students.
Confirmation Class meets Sundays at 9:45am during the school year for students in 6th-8th grades to develop their faith through scripture, Luther’s Small Catechism, and reflecting with their peers.
Vacation Bible School meets for one week during the summer and is geared for students in the neighborhood and surrounding communities in preschool through 5th grade, with ample leadership about from our youth.

Scouts
Girl Scouts Nokomis Service Unit #295 in Edgebrook meets at ELC, led by Maureen Peters. Daisy troops are for girls in kindergarten and/or 1st grade. Brownies are girls in grades 2 and 3, and Juniors are in grades 4 and 5. Cadettes are in grades 6 to 8, and Senior Girl Scouts are in grades 9 and 10. Ambassadors are in grades 11 and 12.
Boy Scout Troop 957 meets on Monday evenings, 7:30pm to 9:00pm. Contact the leader at scoutmaster@troop957.org visit the troop’s website, www.troop957.org.
